What happens if I exceed 500 conversations on Starter?

We'll notify you when you're at 80% usage. If you exceed the limit, the bot will still reply but with a short "upgrade" prompt. We won't cut off your customers without warning. Upgrade to Growth for unlimited conversations.

My website is in Hindi. Will the bot understand it?

Yes. Our crawler reads and processes Hindi content. The AI model (Llama 3.1) understands Hindi natively. If your website is in Hindi, your bot will answer in Hindi automatically.

Do I need a developer to set this up?

No. The only "technical" step is copying one line of code and pasting it into your website. If you can add a Google Analytics tag, you can add Karinda. For WordPress, we have a simple plugin guide in our docs.

Is my business data safe?

Yes. All data is stored in Cloudflare's infrastructure in the Asia-Pacific region (closest to India). We never share or sell your data. Each business's data is isolated — other businesses cannot access your content. We are compliant with India's DPDP Act.
