How does lead capture work?
During a chat, after a visitor asks 3 or more questions, Karinda friendly prompts them to leave their contact details (WhatsApp number & email) so you can follow up. Once submitted, these details are saved and a real-time email/WhatsApp alert is sent to you with the full transcript.
